- Hunting/recreational use. Submitting a hunting-lease inquiry grants no right to access the property. Access requires a signed lease, applicable Maryland licensing, and, where required, a liability waiver.
- Intellectual property. All Site content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
- Submissions. Information you submit via our forms is handled under our Privacy Policy; you confirm it is accurate and yours to share.
- No warranties. The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Washington County, Maryland.
