These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fairview-orchards.com (“Site”), operated by Fairview Orchards Landbesitz, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Washington County, Maryland, or the federal court having jurisdiction over Washington County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
General Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted and apply to use of the Site thereafter. These Terms govern use of the Site and do not replace any separate written agreement concerning a sale, lease, license, development, hunting, access, or other property transaction. Any such definitive agreement controls with respect to its subject matter.
